The detailed product description available on the Sankola Software web site describes the product in enough detail to give the user a good understanding of the product’s suitability to her/his application, as well as it’s compatibility with her/his computing environment. The said information is deemed sufficient for the user to base her/his purchasing decision on. Therefore, as a principal rule, no return or refund requests are accepted.
Notwithstanding, all eventual received return / refund requests will be carefully reviewed by Sankola Software, and we may – at our discretion – accept a return / refund request if we find it justifiable. We guarantee the quality of our software products and in case of a defective product that, as determined by our technical support, fails to operate according to it’s published specifications and within the published limitations, we will replace it at no charge with another revision of the product.
Return / refund requests should be addressed to return@sankola.com, accompanied with an identification of the product in question, a description of the problem and your arguments for requesting a return. A response will be sent to your email after we have determined whether a return / refund is appropriate.
Before an accepted return / refund request can be actualized, the user must relinquish the ownership of the software license by deactivating the product on his computer.
