Maintenance updates and revisions of software products are free of charge and available to all licensed users of Sankola Software products, without time limit. These updates may or may not introduce new features.

Upgrades to a new major version will be offered at a cost. The cost of upgrade to licensees of a previous major version will be significantly lower than the purchase price of the same product offered to new customers.

When a customer has purchased her/his first license to a software product less than three months before a major version upgrade to the same product is released, the customer will be eligible to the upgrade free of charge.
